The
Trouble With OHA and the DHHL
Recently there have been some thought by some to transfer OHA/DHHL assets
to the Hawaiian Homes Commission, and even more recently by OHA to form
a Nation within a Nation. Basically all of this will not work, because
of the Constitutionality factor, since all in that scenario fall under
the auspices of the United States, and clearly unconstitutional in the
US definition. The only hope to safeguard the assets is to have OHA
and DHHL return the assets to the Reinstated Hawaiian Government while
they still can. It is to this point that our current campaign is being
addressed. Please assist in this endeavor in any way you can.

the control of the United States of America and its agents. Because some
of the particulars in these organizations require a blood quantum to be
eligible for benefits, its very existence is now being challenged in court.

The Kingdom
of Tonga
As the only Monarchy in the South Pacific, it is a matter of intense interest
that we look at Tonga which, though much smaller than our potential Hawaiian
Nation, may have a large influence in our development. The parallel of
a Pacific Monarchy and it's recent independence compared with our own
effort can not be lost.
While political
affinity is not yet a reality, the published fact that our Prime Minister
Henry Noa has traveled to Tonga to meet with the King established a
friendship between the two potential Pacific partners. Ed.
